摘　　要：本文从研究铝壳电机的结构特点出发,从转子径向电磁力、共振和定子变形三个方面分析了电磁噪声产生的原因,采用降低气隙磁密、加均压线、改进工艺等措施治理铝壳电机电磁噪声,经生产实践证明能有效降低噪声,提高了铝壳电机的制造质量。According to the speeiahy of the aluminum housing eleetromotor, the reason to produce magnetic noise is analyzed from rotor radial magnetic force, resonance and stator distortion the three aspects. The magnetic noise was dealt with by reducing air gap field density, adding equality voltage wire, improving technique and other measures. After the production and test, we can see, the noise was abated effectively and the quality of the motor was improved.
