摘　　要：在归纳国内外对作用在海洋移动 式平台风倾载荷的研究文献的基础上，分析了目 前船级的规范中风载荷计算方法的几个问题．介 绍了作者编制的风倾力臂横截曲线计算程序，同 时给出了计算实例。On the base of concluding the study results of wind overturning loads on the mobile offshore units both domestic and abroad, some problems for calculating the wind overturning loads acting on offshore platforms are analyzed according to the rules of various classification societies. The computer program for calculating wind overturning arms compiled by author is presented in this paper and the calculating example is given as well.
