摘　　要：对"外科学之父"裘法祖相关论述进行整理,可见其主要观点包括:医学创新需重视基础知识,医学创新需重视前沿知识,医学创新需重视理论与实践结合,医学创新需重视总结经验,医学创新需重视互相交流。裘氏论述对我国医院管理、医学发展和医学人才培养及科技政策有指导意义。QIU Fa-zu points out that medical creation is very urgent and importance should be attached to fundmental knowledge,frontier knowledge,connecting the theoretical konwledge with the phical kowledge,analyzing experiences and intertional interactions.Through analyzing these important thoughts of QIU Fa-zu,the passage draws the conclusion that these thoughts are valuble to China＇ s medical management and scientific policy.
