高职资源勘查类专业教学改革的方向与对策

摘　　要：本文通过对湖北国土资源职业学院资源工程系"社会需求和培养质量"调查问卷的剖析,探索了高职资源勘查类专业教学改革的发展方向。针对用人单位对毕业生专门化、高技能、高素质的期望与要求,提出了:抓住地勘行业发展的大好机遇,遵循就业导向原则,重点建设社会急需专业;采取校企合作、工学结合方式,实现专业与职业,培养与需求,人才与岗位对接;构建适应高职人才培养模式的教学管理体系,课程体系;建立双师型教学团队等对策。This article presents an analytic study based on the feedback from the questionnaires,named social needs and the quality of personnel training,which was given to the students in Resources Engineering Department at Hubei Land Resources Vocational College.It explores the development trend of new approaching to teaching in special field of resource survey study in some vocational colleges.To meet the requirements of the employing unit,such as specialized skill,high technical ability talents,good quality etc,the paper offers the following proposal： grasping golden opportunity,acting up to the principles of employment,building the urgent specialty for society;enhancing cooperation between colleges and enterprises,work with study,realizing link of profession and occupation,training and needs,talents and post;forming a teaching and management system to construct the talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges;training double-quality teachers and so on.
