摘 要:地处新疆库车县境内的牙哈凝析气田,油气藏埋藏深,储层物性差别大,地层压力系数变化大,油气层薄且通常含有活跃底水:有的气井压力高,产量也高,在测试时往往喷砂;有的则低渗,产液能力差;还有的测试时工作制度稍不合理,便引起水上窜。针对如上地质特征,提出了相应的测试技术,即井眼准备、测试管柱设计、测试的压差设计等。采用如上技术,针对凝析气田的实际情况,成功地进行了15井次的中途测试,获得工业油气流8层。还重点介绍了套管跨隔测试与下返试油工艺的原理及特点,以及127mm尾管测试技术的工艺过程及存在问题,对当前完成的中途测试及试油测试作了技术评价和经济效益评价。提出了今后工作的几点建议;1)对重点探井,当钻遇渗透层、显示层、漏失段、目的层时,应及时进行中途测试,以避免漏掉油气层段;2)在推广跨隔测试及下返试油工艺的同时,搞好射孔、试油作业液的配伍性研究,以减少储层污染;3)选择区块对比性差、可疑程度大的层段进行细分、细试;3)完善地面油气水三相分离计量技术,配备地面数据自动采集、处理系统。The Yaha condensate gas field is located in Kuche Country of Xinjiang and the reservoirs in it are deeply buried, being of a great difference in petrophysical properties, a large change in formation pressure coefficients, thin oil and gas bearing formations and active bottom water. Some gas wells have both high formation pressure and high production and always blast sand when testing, some have both low permeability and low productivity and some have water breakthrough because of little unreasonable working system. Relevant testing techniques, i.e. the borehole preparation, testing string design and testing pressure differential design, etc., are proposed in accordance with these geological characteristics mentioned above. By use of these techniques, in the light of the practical situation of the condensate gas field, fifteen well times of drill stem testings were successfully carried out and eight oil and gas bearing formations were obtained. The principles and properties of the technology of the casing straddle packer test and production test from bottom to top and the technological process and existent problems of 127 mm liner testing are emphatically introduced, and the evaluation of both techniques and economic benefit is made for the drill stem test and production test finished currently. Finally, several suggestions are proposed: 1)the drill stem test should be carried out in time for the key exploration well, when the well is drilling into permeable bed, formation with oil and gas shows, lost circulation interval or objective formation, so as to prevent the oil and gas bearing intervals from being lost; 2)when the straddle packer test and production test from bottom to top are popularized, the research on the compatibility of the perforating and production testing fluids should be
