摘  要:四川气田含H2S和CO2的天然气管道内壁腐蚀环境恶劣、腐蚀情况较为严重。气田从开发生产以来已发生过数十起因管内腐蚀引起的输气管道爆破事故,造成了很大的损失,影响了气田的安全生产。采用内防腐涂层是抑制管道内壁腐蚀的有效手段。氢渗透检测技术可通过在现场监测涂层膜下腐蚀反应产生的氢渗透电流的变化情况,综合评价实际工况条件下介质的腐蚀性和管道内防腐涂层的性能。利用该技术,在四川气田川西北矿区含H2S天然气管道上对耐H2S、CO2专用内防腐涂料的防腐效果进行了分析、评价。The corrosion circumstances of the inner surface in the H 2S and CO 2 bearing gas pipeline in Sichuan gas fields are very bad and serious. Since putting into development and production a large economic loss has been made and the safety in production in the gas fields has been influenced because of few tens of the gas pipeline explosion accidents caused by inner surface corrosion. It is an effective method for controlling inner surface corrosion of the pipeline to adopt the internal anticorrosion coating. The change in hydrogen osmosis electric current generated from the corrosive reaction under the coating film can be monitored on the spot by use of hydrogen osmosis detection technique, then the medium corrosivity and internal anticorrosion coating performance under practical operating conditions may be comprehensively evaluated. The effectiveness of the special H 2S and CO 2 resistance internal anti corrosion coating materials used for the H 2S and CO 2 bearing gas pipeline in the gas fields in the Northwest Sichuan Mining District of Sichuan Petroleum Administration is analyzed and evaluated in the paper by use of the technique mentioned above.
