摘 要:1993年以前,3NB1300C型泥浆泵的主轴承压紧螺栓(简称主螺栓)屡屡发生疲劳断裂事故,尽管生产厂家采取了不少措施,但收效甚微。通过理论推导计算后发现,在主螺栓疲劳强度的校核过程中忽略了偏载的重大影响而未能相应地提高安全系数,是其导致屡屡发生事故的直接原因。为此,文中给出受偏载螺栓螺纹疲劳应力的设计计算方法。Abstract Until 1993 the bolts broke frequently due to fatigue, which bolting the upper and lower covers of mast bearings for Model 3NB1300C mud pumps (hereinafter called“Mast bolts”),although quite a few measures were taken by the manufacturer.It is found after theoretical calculation that,during verifying calculation of fatigue stress of the mast bolt,it was ignoring the great influence of offset load and no increasing the safety coefficient accordingly that caused the frequent fatigue failure of the mast bolts.Therefore,this paper provides with a designer a formula for verifying calculation of fatigue stress of a bolt under offset load.
