工业胶复印成型法在刘老涧抽水站检修中的应用

摘　　要：刘老涧泵站3号机组在检修中,通过使用工业胶复印成型法,将修补剂涂敷于下座法兰面,将下外壳吊装到要求的位置,通过挤压胶液并调整好下外壳的位置精度,待修补剂完全固化后,紧固联接螺栓,实现下壳体与下座的稳固定位,达到可靠安装的检修目的,为同类机组维修积累了经验。Unit 3 Liulaojian pumping station in the maintenance, by using the copy of industrial rubber molding method, the repair agent coating on the Xiazuo flange surface, the requirements under the shell onto the location and adjust by squeezing under the glue Shell’s position accuracy, to be completely cured repair agent, fastening bolts connected to achieve a solid under the shell and Xia Zuo position to achieve reliable installation maintenance purposes, for the maintenance of accumulated experience of similar units.
