摘  要:针对国内许多炼油厂污水处理工艺中氨态氮的降解效果差的问题,采用膜法A/O生物脱氮处理炼油污水的工艺进行了中型试验。试验结果表明,膜法A/O生物脱氮工艺的运行稳定,耐冲击能力较强,对炼油污水的脱氮效果较好。处理后出水的水质澄清透明,几乎无悬浮物,出水的ρNH3-N<20mg/L,ρCOD,Cr<50mg/L,ρOil<5mg/L,ρNO-3-N<10mg/L,完全达到国家排放标准。Aiming at the low effect of amino nitrogen degradation in conventional refinery wastewater treating, a pilot plant test was carried by biological membrane for amino nitrogen removal. The test result showed that the running was stable, the process had the advantages of high bumping tolerance, good denitrification effect and treated clean water almost without suspension. The amino nitrogen, ρ COD,Cr , oil and nitro nitrogen contents of the treated water were less than 20mg/L, 50mg/L, 5mg/L and 10mg/L respectively, which reached the domestic drain standard.
