高温高强度高压力下训练消化系统疾病发病特点及防控

摘　　要：目的了解阅兵部队集训期间消化系统疾病发生的特点，为防控疾病提供科学依据。方法随机选取参加阅兵集训的100名官兵及同期100名常规训练的官兵，对消化系统疾病发生情况进行分阶段流行病学调查。结果两组官兵均未发现器质性消化系疾病，功能性胃肠病发病率也比较低，阅兵训练组功能性胃肠病发病率为5％，常规训练组发病率为8％。阅兵训练组训练期间消化系统症状就诊人次率为137％，常规训练组为74％，就诊人次率最高的前三位症状为：食欲不振、腹痛、腹胀。训练中期阅兵训练组消化系统症状阳性人数明显高于常规训练组及训练前期、阅兵前期和阅兵后期阅兵训练组（均P〈0．05）。结论阅兵训练容易发生消化系统疾病，科学训练、预防教育及早期医学干预有利于降低阅兵训练消化系统疾病的发病率。Objective To investigate the features of digestive diseases in parade troops so as to provide scientific base for prevention of the disease. Methods Epidemiologieal survey of digestive diseases was conducted on 100 officers/soldiers taking military training for parade versus 100 officers/ soldiers taking general military training. The digestive diseases were classified according to the criteria of digestive diseases diagnosis in military training of the PLA. Results No organic digestive disease was found in the two groups, nor obvious functional gastrointestinal disease, 5% in parade training group and 8% in the routine training group. Number of visit with digestive symptoms occurred from parade training group during the period was 137%, comparing to 74% from the routine training group. The most three common symptoms are listed as follows： loss of appetite, abdominal pain, and abdominal distention. The number of positive symptoms of the digestive system in parade training group reflected considorably higher in the mid-term comparing with the beginning and ending periods, also than that of the routine training group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Digestive diseases is more likely to occur in parade training which can be prevented or reduced by rational arrangement, health education, as well as early medical intervention.
