摘 要:目的探讨高温高强度高心理压力训练下运动性蛋白尿的发生率。方法留取参加国庆60周年大庆武警阅兵方队部分队员训练前后的尿样化验尿常规并行尿A1b、α1—MG及β2-MG检查,同时化验血尿素氮、肌酐水平,并与同期进行常规训练的武警驻京某部战士进行比较。结果阅兵方队组运动性蛋白尿的发生率明显高于驻京部队组(78.1%VS33.3%,P〈0.05)。两组训练后尿微量白蛋白、α1-MG、β2-MG水平明显高于训练前(P〈0.05);两组训练前后血尿素氮、肌酐水平无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论高温高强度高心理压力训练下运动性蛋白尿的发生率明显增加,必须采取有效的措施进行预防。Objective To investigate the incidence of exercise-induced proteinuria caused by intensive drilling under high temperature and stress. Methods The urine samples were collected from the team members (intensive drilling group) of the PeopleJs Armed Police Forces who participated in the 60th anniversary of National Day military parade at the end of training for the urine routine analysis, urine mAlb, α 1 - MG, β 2-MG and blood urea nitrogen, creatinine examinations. Their results were compared with a group who were taking a routine training (control group). Results The incidence of proteinuria of the intensive drilling group was higher than that in the control group (78.1% vs 33.3%, P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood urea nitrogen and creatininc before and after drilling between two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Intensive drilling under high temperature and stress may increase the chance for leading exercise-induced proteinuria significantly. Prevention is rather recommended.
