摘　　要：参加2009年国庆节阅兵的武装警察官兵要在恶劣的气候条件下接受长时间、高强度、高心理压力的训练。在这样的情况下，一些皮肤病和传染病容易流行。针对此种情况，建立了一个完善的适应多样化任务特点的阅兵卫勤保障垂直体系，包括三级保障：队内保障、加强保障、后方保障。不同于平时的医院内医疗保障、战时卫勤保障、和执行反恐及维稳任务时的卫勤保障。健康教育和心理疏导得到强调。The officers and men of the Chinese People＇s Armed Police Forces who were to participate in the 2009 National Day military parade underwent long-term training under the conditions of harsh climate, high intensity, and high mental stress. Some skin diseases and infectious diseases were likely to be prevalent. In view with this situation, a perfect vertical medical support system suited to the diversified tasks was established, including 3 layers： support within the team, strengthened support, and rear support. It was different from the medical support systems in peacetime and wartime, and during the performance of the tasks of anti-terrorism and stability maintenance. Health education and psychological counseling should be emphasized. Epidemic prevention and medical care should be done well.
