Training of core competence among nurses of department of pediatrics: 5-year experience

摘  要:中国人民武装警察部队总医院儿科从2005年2月~2010年2月对17名新护士(大专或本科学历)和10名科室原有护士(大专或中专学历)进行为期5年的核心能力培训。人科前接受5天的岗前培训,然后接受1个月的儿科常见病护理技术的培训,并在儿内、外科病房轮转1年。第二年增加小教员岗位培训,内容有护理心理学、伦理学、人际交往技巧、临床护理教学能力等。第三年起,能参选医院护理骨干,参加各专业委员会组织的培训,并担任联络员。第四年,可担任护理质量监控员。在第五年,能进行科研,从事高级护理,并参加有关研讨会。5年后,27人中有17人通过考核评估和干预疾病、获取知识、沟通和交流,病情观察和处置、科研、护理管理、教学、创新等的能力提高,其专业护理技术达到更高水平。The Departtment of Pediatrics, General Hospital of the Chinese Armed Police Forces, conducted a program of training of core competence for 17 low seniority nurses with the educational levels of/over college of professional trainig and 10 nurses from the staff members of the department with the educaticnal levels of college of professional training or secondary specialized school from February 2005 to Februay 2010. They underwent pre-post trainig for 15 days before entering the department, training on common pediatric diseases and nrusing for 1 month, and rotation training in different wards for 1 year. Post-fixing occurred 1 year later. In the second year, they underwent minor teacher post training, and training on nursing psychology, ethics, inter-personal interchange and communication techniques, and clinical nurse teaching ability, Since the third year, they were able to participate in the selection of nursing backbones and underwent training organized by different professional nursing committees and functioned as liaison persons. In the fourth year they could function as nursing quality supervisors. And in the fifth year, they became able to carry out scientific research, undergo high-ranking training, and participate in related seminars and forums, Five years later 17 of the 27 nurses passed the check. They all showed improved ability in assessment and intervention of diseases, absorption and integration of knowledge, communication and interchange, observation and management of patients' condition, scientific research, nursing management, teaching, and creation, and their professional nursing techniques were at higher levels.
