两种青霉素皮试法在儿科临床使用的比较与分析

摘　　要：目的观察传统青霉素过敏试验皮内注射法与青霉素YLM-2型快速过敏皮试仪皮试法在儿科临床应用中准确性的比较。方法将1100名患儿随机均分成2组，对照组用传统的皮内注射法行青霉素皮试，观察组予YLM-2型快速过敏皮试仪行青霉素皮试，观察其阳性率，输液后反应情况。结果观察组青霉素皮试阳性率为2．91％，显著低于对照组（5．27％，P〈0．05）；观察组观察皮试结果需10min，早于对照组（20min）。结论青霉素快速皮试仪准确性高、效果可靠，安全、无痛、省时，假阳性率低等优点。Objective To compare the effects of skin test of penicillin by YLM-2 quick skin tester and by traditional intercutaneous injection. Methods 1 100 pediatric patients to be injected with penicillin were randomly divided into 2 equal groups to undergo skin test of penicillin by YLM-2 quick skin tester and by traditional intercutaneous injection respectively. Results The positive rate of the skin tester group was 2.91%, significantly lower than that of the intracutaneous injection group （5.27%, P〈 0.05）. The results could be obtained 10 min after the test in the YLM-2 skin tester group, significantly quicker than in the intracutaneous injection group （20 min）. Conclusion Test of penicillin by YLM-2 quick skin tester is safer, quicker, painless, and with lower false positive rate.
