普通高频超声对皮下异物间接探测的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨7.5MHz普通高频超声对皮下异物间接探测的诊断价值。方法使用7.5MHz高频超声探头加自制简易水囊(PE薄膜手套注入水),对28例皮下异物进行间接超声探查,观察皮下异物声像图特征。结果普通高频超声间接探测能够克服超声近场混响伪像,清晰显示皮下异物特征声像图。全部病例经手术、随访证实与超声结果相符。结论普通高频超声间接探测方法具有重要诊断价值,可作为高频超声直接探测的补充。Objective To explore the value of indirect explore with 7.5MHz high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of subcutaneous eyewinker. Methods With 7. 5MHz high frequency ultrasound probe and facil- ity self-made water-bursa （ made by film glove and water）, indirect explored 28 patients with subcutaneous eye- winker, and observed their special imaging. Results Indirect explore with 7.5MHz high frequency ultrasound could overcome reverberation fake imaging of near field, so relatively subcutaneous eyewinker could be clearly reveal by its special imaging. All cases were confirmed to be correct by operation or by following. Conclusion Indirect exploration with high frequency ultrasound have important value in diagnosis of subcutaneous eyewink- er, and was the supplement of direct exploration.
