摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病神经原性膀胱的治疗与护理体会。方法通过临床诊断,对32例糖尿病神经原性膀胱的患者实施药物治疗并结合心理护理和膀胱功能训练等方法,观察患者临床症状的改善情况。结果 32例患者中2例症状改善后放弃治疗,有1例由于合并感染,多器官功能衰竭死亡,其余好转。结论对糖尿病神经原性膀胱的患者膀胱功能训练和心理护理具有重要意义。Objective To research the treatment and nursing of diabetic neurogenic bladder. Methods 32 patients of diabetic neurogenic bladder who had been diagnosed by clinical manifestation were treated with medcine, mental nursing and functional training of bladder, then we observed the improvement of their clinical manifestation. Results 2 patients of the all paiients gave up the treatment after the improvement of symptoms, 1 patient died for multiple organ failure coursed by infection, and the other patients all got better. Conclusions The significance of mental nursing and functional training of bladder for the patient with diabetic neurogenic bladder are important.
