摘　　要：近年来,湖南省邵阳县以建设社会主义新农村为目标,以农业综合开发为平台,围绕粮食、烟草、油茶三大主导产业,整合资源,统筹实施中低产田改造和产业化经营项目,全力打造主导产业集约区,推进现代农业示范县建设,取得了明显成效。In recent years, Shaoyang County, Hunan Province aims for building a new socialist countryside, sets comprehensive agricultural development as a platform and centers on three leading industries of the food, tobacco and Camellia. Through resources integration, the overall implementation of the low-yielding farmland reform and industrial management project and the building of intensive areas of leading industries, the construction of modern agricuhure demonstration counties is promoted, and it is achieved remarkable results.
