摘 要:目的:建立吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱联用测定水中62种挥发性有机物的方法。方法:采用吹扫捕集富集水中的挥发性有机物,解吸后用色谱-质谱联用法测定,选择特征离子定量。结果:能简便、快速、有效地分离检测水中的62种挥发性有机物。方法的相关系数大于0.9978,响应因子的相对标准偏差小于4.28%,样品加标回收率在88.7%~112.4%之间。结论:本法干扰小、分离度好、灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便,对多种水样适应性好,适合水中62种挥发性有机物的同时检测分析。Objective:To establish a method for quantitative detection of 62 kinds of volatile organic compounds in water by purge and trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.Methods:Volatile organic compounds in water were purged and trapped,then desorbed and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.Selective ion masses were used in quantitative measurement.Results:Enable to easily and effectively separate and determinate 62 kinds of volatile organic compounds in water.In this method,the correlation coefficient for 62 target compounds was greater than 0.9978,RF RSD was less than 4.28%,the average recoveries rates were between 88.7% and 112.4%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.It has good adaptility to various water samples.It is suitable for simultaneous determination of 62 kinds of volatile organic compounds in water.
