摘  要:目的:探讨水处理剂聚合硫酸铁中六价铬的检测方法,提高分析结果的准确性。方法:用2 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液对样品进行前处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定六价铬含量并找出最佳实验条件。结果:线性范围0μg/L~50μg/L,相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.049μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.73%~3.39%,回收率为94.5%,最佳灰化温度1100℃、原子化温度2600℃。结论:方法具有操作简便、快速、检出限低、灵敏度高、结果准确等优点,适合于水处理剂聚合硫酸铁中六价铬的测定。Objective:To develop a method for determination of hexavalent chrom in water treatment chemicals-poly ferric sulfate and advance the veracity of the results.Methods:The pretreatment was performed using 2 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution,Graphite fumace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determination of hexavalent chrom in this study and the best experimental conditions was found.Results:The linear range was 0 μg/L~50 μg/L,The correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The limits of detection was 0.049 μg/L.The RSD was 1.73%~3.39%.The rate of recovery was 94.5%.The best cineration temperature was 1100℃,atomization temperature was 2600℃.Conclusion:The method has advantages of simple operation,fast determination,low limit of detection,high sensitivity as well as accurate resualts,and therefore is suitable for determination of hexavalent chrom in water treatment chemicals-poly ferric suifate.
