冠心病患者血清中胱抑素C及脂蛋白(a)水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究血清中胱抑素C及脂蛋白(a)水平变化与冠心病的相关性。方法:分析拟诊冠心病入院并行冠脉造影的280名患者,其中按疾病发展进程进行分类即稳定性心绞痛(SA)50例,不稳定性心绞痛(UA)50例,心肌梗死(AMI)50例及对照组(同期因胸痛、心前区不适为主诉入院,但经冠状动脉造影排除冠心病诊断的患者)130例,测定其血清中胱抑素C及脂蛋白(a)水平,并对其进行分析。结果:1、随着Cys C的升高,冠心病患者病情有加重趋势;但在AMI组可能由于急性时相反应Cys C水平较UA组出现下降。2、随着Lp(a)的升高,冠心病患者病情有加重趋势。3、SA组和UA组的CysC值与Lp(a)值呈正相关,而AMI组的CysC值与Lp(a)值无相关关系。结论:胱抑素C及脂蛋白(a)水平变化检测在CHD诊断治疗及预防等方面具有重要意义。Objective：Study of serum cystatin C and lipoprotein（a） the level of change and coronary heart disease.Methods：Analysis of a parallel to be patient admitted to hospital with coronary heart disease in 280 patients with coronary angiography,In which the development process by disease classification of both the stable angina（SA） 50 cases of unstable angina（UA） 50 cases of myocardial infarction（AMI） 50 cases and the control group（over the same period because of chest pain,precordial distress v.the main hospital,but after the diagnosis of coronary angiography to exclude coronary artery disease patients） 130 patients were measured in serum cystatin C and lipoprotein（a） levels and to analyze.Results：1、With the increase of Cys C,coronary heart disease in patients with increased trend;However,in AMI group may be due to acute phase response than the UA group of Cys C levels decreased.2、 with the Lp（a） increases,there is increasing trend in coronary heart disease patients.3、SA group and the UA group CysC values and Lp（a） values were positively correlated,while the AMI group CysC values and Lp（a） values were negatively correlated,but did not reach significant difference in.Conclusion：Cystatin C and lipoprotein（a） the level of change detection in the diagnosis and treatment and prevention of CHD has important significance.
