摘  要:目的:建立化工原料中甲缩醛的顶空气相色谱-质谱联用测定方法。方法:采用顶空进样,HP-5毛细色谱柱分离,顶空温度为60℃,平衡时间30 min,气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定。结果:甲缩醛浓度在0μg~200μg内呈良好线性关系,相关系数0.9997,最低检出限0.16 mg/kg,相对标准偏差1.7%~5.8%(n=6),回收率为80%~104.5%。结论:该方法快速、简单、准确、灵敏度高,可用于化工原料中甲缩醛含量测定。Objective:To establish a method for methylal in the chemical raw materials by head space GC-MS.Methods:The head space temprature was 60℃and equilibrium time was 30 min,HP-5 capillary column was selected for separating Head Space GC-MS,and finally detected by mass detector.Results:The good linear range of method was 0 μg to 200 μg(r=0.9997)with the correlation coeffivient of 0.9997,and the limit concentration in air was 0.16 mg/kg with the average relative standard deviation between 1.7%~5.8%(n=6),with average recoveries ranged from 80% to 104.5%.Conclusion:This method is sensitive,accurate and precise for rapid determiantion of methylal from chemical raw materials.It is suitable for determining methylal in the chemical raw materials.
