摘  要:目的:建立空气中铍及其化合物的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法。方法:用滤料(微孔滤膜)采集空气样品,经高氯酸-硝酸或硝酸消化后,用石墨炉原子吸收直接测定。结果:方法的检出限为0.04μg/L,最低检出浓度为1.33×10-5mg/m3,精密度为3.04%~9.29%,加标回收率经高氯酸-硝酸消化后为100%,硝酸消化法为94.2%,采样效率可达99.3%[1],曲线的线性范围在0μg/L~3.0μg/L之间。结论:该方法适用于工作场所现场监测。Objective:To establish a method for dertermination of beryllium and compounds content in the air.Methods:Collect air samples by filter material(microporous filtering film).After they were digested by perchloric acid-nitric acid or by nitric acrid,dertermine their beryllium and compounds content by GFAAS directly.Results:The detection limit of the method was 0.04 μg/L.The minimum detectable concentration was 1.33×10^-5 mg/m^3.The degree of precision was 3.04%~9.29%.The recovery rates were 100% by perchloric acid-nitric acid and 94.2% by nitric acid.The sampling efficiency was 99.3%[1].The linear range of standard curve was 0 μg/L~3.0 μg/L.Conclusioon:This method is suitable for field monitoring in a workplace.
