摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定工作场所中的苯酚、对硝基苯酚、2,4-二硝基苯酚、2,4,6-三硝基苯酚和间苯二酚5种酚类化合物的方法。方法:用多孔玻板吸收管采集空气样品,甲醇/水(65/35)作流动相,Atlantis C18柱作分离柱,用二极管阵列检测器在220 nm波长下测定各物质的峰面积。结果:各物质在0μg/ml~20.0μg/ml范围内有良好的线性,方法回收率97.0%~102.0%,RSD小于4%,检测限在0.03μg/ml~0.08μg/ml之间,最低检测浓度在0.02 mg/m3~0.05 mg/m3之间。结论:本法能同时测定工作场所中5种酚类化合物,操作简便、灵敏、重现性好,结果满意。Objective:HPLC was used to the simultaneous determination of five phenols including phenol,p-nitrophenol,2,4-dinitrophenol,2,4,6-trinitrophenol and m-dihydroxybenzene in workplace air.Methods:The air samples were adsorbed by porous glass plate absorber,separated by gradient elution with methanol(65%) and water(35%) on Atlantis C18 and determined by diode-array detector at 220 nm.Results:Linear relationships of all compounds were obtained in the range of 0 μg/ml~20.0 μg/ml,standard-weight recoveries were between 97.0% and 102.0%,values of RSD were less than 3%,detection limits were 0.03 μg/ml~0.08 μg/ml,and minimal detectable concentrations were from 0.02 mg/m^3 to 0.05 mg/m^3.Conclusion:The method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of five phenols in workplace,and it is simple,sensitive,repeatable and accurate.
