1050例不孕不育夫妇的精液质量与吸烟、饮酒的关系

摘　　要：目的:调查不孕不育门诊男性精液质量与吸烟、饮酒的关系。方法:2008年7月-2009年1月中山大学附属第二医院生殖中心就诊的不孕不育夫妇,在精液检查时发放调查问卷。共收回问卷1050份。取精后1 h内进行精液检查。记录精液的参数:精液量、密度、活力、正常精子形态、头部、体部、尾部异常百分率,并计算畸形精子指数(TZI)、精子畸形指数(SDI)。结果:吸烟组的畸形精子指数高于不吸烟组(1.41 vs 1.39,P=0.008);其中日吸烟量10～19支组的畸形精子指数高于不吸烟组(1.42 vs 1.39,P=0.038)。饮酒组的精子头部异常百分率、畸形精子指数、精子畸形指数均高于非饮酒组(59%vs 56%,P=0.002;1.40 vs 1.39,P=0.011;1.24 vs 1.22,P=0.007)。结论:提示吸烟与精子畸形有关;饮酒可能使精子形态异常率增加,但对精子密度及活力无影响。Objective：Investigate the relationship between semen quality and behavioral factors such as smoking,alcohol using.Methods：All the infertile couples who visited the IVF center of the 2nd affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-Sen university from July,2008 to January,2009 filled out a questionnaire form set up for outpatient consultation record.A total of 1050 questionnaires were collected.Semen analysis was performed within one hour of production.In the semen analysis were included the volume of semen,concentration,motility,the percentage of normal morphology,head abnormality,neck abnormality and the tail abnormality.The TZI and SDI were calculated.Results：TZI in smoking group was higher than that of non-smoking group 1.41 vs 1.39,P=0.008）and TZI in the group which consumption cigarettes 10～19 strips/day was higher than that of non-smoking group（1.42 vs 1.39,P=0.038）.Percentage of sperm head abnormality,TZI and SDI of alcohol group were higher than that of non-alcohol group（59% vs 56%,P=0.002;1.40 vs 1.39,P=0.011;1.24 vs 1.22,P=0.007）.Conclusion：This study suggested that smoking may be associated with sperm abnormality;alcohol may increase the percentage of sperm deformity,but have no impact on sperm concentration and motility.
