阴式次全子宫切除术13例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阴式次全子宫切除术的方法及经验。方法在我院2007年2月～2009年11月收治的13例子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病、功能失调性子宫出血患者,要求保留正常宫颈,行阴式次全子宫切除术。结果 13例均顺利经阴道完成手术,平均手术时间(68±10)min,平均估计失血量(100±55)ml,术后平均住院时间(6±2)d。结论通过熟练的阴道操作技术行经阴道次全子宫切除术是安全可行的。Objective The technique and experience of VSH of 13cases was reported. Methods VSH for 13 cases of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis and dysfunctional uterine bleeding were performed,all the patients demanded to reserve their normal-cervix. Results Thirteen cases of VSH were performed successfully,the mean time for the opration was （68±10）minutes,the average quantity of blood bloss was（100±55）mL,post-operative hospital day averaged （6±2）days.Conclusion VSH is a safe and effective option ,the successful operation was related to the operator＇ skill and experiences.
