摘　　要：目的探讨在社区健康服务中心应用经皮治疗系统(trandermal the rapeutic system,TTS)辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的治疗及护理效果。方法将2009年1～10月在我院4家社区健康服务中心确诊为支气管肺炎的1949例患儿分为TTS治疗组(1000例)和对照组(949例),TTS治疗组按照常规抗炎治疗和护理的同时给予TTS辅助治疗,比较2组疗效并提出护理要点。结果 TTS治疗组疗效显著,病程明显缩短,治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组。结论 TTS辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎具有安全、无创伤、无痛苦、缩短病程、疗效显著、小儿及家长易于接受的优点。Objective To discuss the treatment and nursing care effect of treating enfant bronchopneumonia with trandermal the rapeutic system in community. Methods 1949 children diagnosed bronchopneumonia in the four Communities of our hospital from January to October this year were divided into treatment group （1000 cases） and control group （949 cases）. TTS treatment group were given routine anti-inflammatory treatment,nursing and TTS adjunctive therapy at the same time,compared their curative effect and put forward to nursing key point. Results In TTS treatment group,the curative effect is pronounced,course of diseases shortened obviously,cure rate and total effective rate exceeded obviously in the control group. Conclusion Treating enfant bronchopneumonia with trandermal the rapeutic system is provided with the virtue of safety,no wound,no complaints,short course of diseases,marked curative effect and easily accepted by enfant and their parents.
