摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺机能减退性心脏病(HHD)患者的临床护理方法。方法 1998年起我科制定了HHD患者的护理规范,要求临床护士按规范进行操作,并做好记录,住院病例中选择符合要求的46例作为研究对象。结果在误诊的14例中有8例是由护士首先发现疑点后经化验检测确诊,在用甲状腺素治疗中没有发生意外,提高了确诊率和有效率。结论加强HHD患者的临床护理很重要。Objective To investigate the clinical care method of patients with hypothyroidism heart. Methods Our department has developed care standards of patients with hypothyroidism heart diease from 1998,which requires that clinical nurses to conform to specifications,and make a record. hospital patients of the 46 cases were selected to meet the requirements of the study. Results In misdiagnosis of 14 cases,8 cases doubted by the nurses after the first discover were confirmed by the laboratory test. There is no accident in use hormone therapy. It improved diagnosis rates and efficiency. Conclusion Strengthening the clinical care of patients with hypothyroid heart disease is very important.
