摘　　要：目的总结微创经皮肾镜取石术术中护理的特点和注意事项。方法对1262例上尿路结石患者行一期微创经皮肾镜取石术术中护理配合进行总结。结果围手术期配合与护理均顺利,无护理相关并发症发生。结论术前充分的器械准备和术中仔细观察是微创经皮肾镜取石术配合成功的关键。Objective To sum up nursing experience of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy（MPCNL）.Methods The nursing information of 1262 cases with upper urinary calculi performed by first-stage MPCNL was analyzed.Results All the cases were successful,the operation time ranged from 20 to 240 minutes,operations and nursing cooperation were successful,the doctors spent 20 minutes to 4 hours on finishing operations.No complications related to nursing were noted.Conclusion Fully preparation of instruments and carefull observation during operation is the key of nuring in MPCNL Comprehensive instruments preparation and attentively observation is nursing key in MPCNL.
