摘　　要：[目的]研究胫骨平台骨折术后通过骨科运动康复安全评定表制定个性化康复运动处方的疗效。[方法]随防2003年1月～2007年12月胫骨平台骨折185例采取手术治疗的患者。其中对照组81例,术后采取固定、传统康复等常规治疗;康复组80例,根据骨科运动康复安全评定表制定个性化康复运动处方进行康复治疗。对其进行随访问卷调查,X线检查,并采用HSS膝关节功能评估系统分别评估术后3、6、12个月的膝关节功能。[结果]随访时间2年。其中对照组内固定断裂2例,康复组3例。按照HSS评分,康复组膝关节功能优良率术后6、12个月分别为77%、87%,均显著高于对照组56%、66%(P<0.05)。[结论]根据骨科运动康复安全评定表制定个性化康复运动处方进行康复治疗对胫骨平台骨折术后膝关节功能恢复安全、有效。[Objective]To investigate the effect of individualized exercises rehabilitation after tibial fracture operation.[Method]A total of 161 cases of tibial plateau fractures from Jan.2003 to Dec.2007 were analyzed retrospectively.In control group,81 patients received traditional rehabilitation.In rehabilitation group,80 patients received individualized rehabilitation exercises guided by Safety Assessment for Orthopaedic Rehabilitation.All cases were followed up and received X-ray exam.HSS （hospital for special surgery knee-rating score） was used to assess the knee function at 3,6,12 months after surgery.[Result]All patients were followed up for 2 years.Internal fixation broken was found in 2 cases in control group,in 3 cases in rehabilitation group.According to HSS scoring system,the good-to-excellent rates of knee joint at 6,12 months postoperatively in rehabilitation group were 77%,87%,significantly higher than 56%,66% in control group （P0.05）.[Conclusion]Individualized exercises rehabilitation guided by Safety Assessment for Orthopaedic Rehabilitation is a safe and effective method for knee function recovery of patients after tibial fracture operation.
