摘 要:将兼具有固体铁磁性和流体流动特性的一种新型功能材料——磁性液体应用于微压差传感器的研究。在对磁性液体的磁学模型和磁学特性研究的基础上,通过对试验用磁性液体的磁化强度的测试和磁化曲线的绘制,分析磁性液体微压差传感器的工作原理,建立互感式磁性液体压差传感器的数学模型,计算U形管两臂上通电线圈的电感及互感系数,通过模拟试验得到灵敏度与试验中各参数之间的关系,并绘出灵敏度与U形管径大小之间的关系曲线,推导出差动式压差传感器的压力差输入与感应电势输出之间的关系,并通过试验验证输入与输出之间的线性关系。磁性液体液柱半径rm越小,螺线管直径越小,传感器灵敏度越高;磁性液体的磁导率越大,传感器灵敏度越高。将理论计算和试验对比得出理论值与试验值的一致性。在误差允许的范围内,设计方案可行。A new functional material—magnetic fluid which possesses both ferromagnetism of solid and flow properties of fluid,is applied in the research of the pressure difference sensor.Based on the research on the magnetism model and properties of magnetic fluid,the magnetization intensity of magnetic fluid in the experiment is tested and the magnetization curve is obtained.The principle of the pressure difference sensor with magnetic fluid is analyzed,and the mathematic model of the mutual inductance pressure difference sensor with magnetic fluid is built.The inductance and mutual inductance of the coils on the two arms of the U tube are calculated.The relationship between the sensitivity and the parameters used in the test is attained by simulation experiment,and the relationship curve between the sensitivity and the diameter of the U tube is drawn.The relationship between the input pressure difference and the electric potential of the coils is derived.The output electric potential is proportional to the input pressure difference.The smaller the radius of the magnetic fluid core rm and the diameter of the coil are,the higher the sensor sensitivity will be.The greater the magnetic permeability of the magnetic fluid is,the higher the sensor sensitivity will be.The theoretical value is in agreement with the experimental value.In the allowable error range,the designed sensor can work well.
