摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻尖肥大的手术治疗方法。方法:2008年1月至2009年10月期间我科诊治的鼻尖肥大患者共20例,将其鼻尖进行分区,采用闭合性手术入路,两侧区去除鼻尖两侧富余的软组织,修窄大翼软骨,中央区置入人工真皮或同时联合置入硅胶假体,分别进行鼻尖塑形。结果:本组20例患者术后效果满意。结论:应用鼻尖肥大的鼻尖分区整形术可以有效地矫正鼻尖肥大畸形。Objective A new procedure is explored for nasal tip hypertrophy.Methods From January 2008 to October 2009,twenty patients with nasorostral hypertrophy were operated under this procedure.Nasal tip were divided into three parts.Each part were operated with different procedure.Soft tissue was removed for the lateral nasal tip part.Lower nasal cartilages were narrawed.Artificial dermis/silicon were implanted into the middle part of the nasal tip.Results All the twenty patients were satisfied with their results and the nasorostral hypertrophy was corrected.Conclusions This method is useful to correct nasal tip hypertrophy.
