摘  要:目的:观察在硝苯地平作用下大鼠牙齿移动过程中牙周组织中MMP-1的表达。方法:选取60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为加力组、加力+低浓度硝苯地平组和加力+高浓度硝苯地平组,每组再按观察时间点的不同分为5组。用免疫组化方法结合计算机光密度分析系统检测并比较各组样本的张力侧与压力侧MMP-1的表达。结果:硝苯地平可以引起正畸牙周膜中MMP-1表达的减少,并呈药物浓度增加而减少的更加明显。结论:在硝苯地平影响下牙周膜张力侧和压力侧MMP-1表达减少,MMP-1参与了大鼠正畸牙齿移动过程中牙周组织ECM降解与合成的调节。Objective To observe the effects of nifedipine(NIF) on expression of MMP-1 on periodontal tissue of first maxillary molar of rat during tooth movement.Methods Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups:orthodontic group and groups that received either low or high concentration nifedipine.And each group was divided into 5 parts determined by different time points.The expression of MMP-1 on tension side and pressure side were examined by immunehis tochemical dyeing and analyzed with photodensitometry.Results The expression of MMP-1 decreased after using Nifedipine,and the decline was more obviously with higher concentration of Nifedipine.Conclusion The expression of MMP-1 on tension side and pressure side were decreased.MMP-1 participates the accommodation synthesis and degradationof ECM during the tooth movement of rat.
