益气柔肝方对老年胆总管结石患者术后细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气柔肝方对老年胆总管结石患者术后细胞免疫功能的调节作用。方法:将行胆总管探查术的老年胆总管结石患者术后辨证为气阴两虚者66例,随机分为一般治疗组和中药组,中药组在一般治疗的基础上服用益气柔肝方。并在术后第1d、第7d和第14d测定两组IL-6、CRP、CD3、CD4、CD8及CD4/CD8。结果:两组之间术后第1d,IL-6、CRP、CD3、CD4、CD8以及CD4/CD8均无显著差异,术后第7d和术后第14d,IL-6、CRP中药组较对照组显著下降(P<0.05),术后第7d和术后第14d中药组较对照组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平则显著上升(P<0.05)。结论:益气柔肝方对老年胆道患者术后免疫功能有一定上调作用,有利于患者术后的恢复。Objective To explore the regulation of YiQi RouGan（益气柔肝） Recipe on cell immunity function of elderly chlangiolithiasis postoperatively. Methods Sixty-six old patients with cholangiolithiasis having undergone common bile duct exploration and were differentiated as syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin were randomLy divided into two groups： general treatment group and Chinese herbal medicine group. The Chinese herbal medicine group was treated with YiQi Rougan Recipe besides general treatment postoperatively. Results No significant difference was found in the two groups on IL-6, CRP, CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD4/CD8 on the postoperative first day （P 0.05）; IL-6, CRP in Chinese herbal medicine group significantly descended on the 7th day and 14th day （P 0.05）; but CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD4/CD8 in Chinese herbal medicine group were significantly higher than those in general treatment group on the 7th day and 14th day （P 0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi rougan Recipe could improve cell immunity function of elderly suffering calculus of common bile duct postoperatively and facilitate their recovery.
