摘 要:依据多年来在实验室对不同最高焙烧温度对阳极性能影响的研究结果,在原有基础上对济宁碳素工业总公司焙烧曲线和最高焙烧温度进行了合理优化,优化后使焙烧周期缩短24h,最高焙烧温度可以下降30℃,从而在不影响产品质量的前提下降低阳极生产成本,生产优质预焙阳极。Based on the many-year research results of the effects of different highest baking temperature on the anode performances in laboratory,a reasonable optimization for the baking curve and the highest baking temperature of the original conditions was made,in which the baking cycle was shorten 24 hours after the optimization and the highest baking temperature was declined 30 ℃.Therefore,the production cost of anode was decreased without the affection of the quality of anode and the high quality pre-baked anodes were obtained.
