摘 要:体积密度是石墨电极的一项重要指标,提高成品电极密度最关键的途径就是提高电极生坯的密度。本文主要研究原料振实密度、配方、干料温度、凉料温度、型嘴温度、真空度、预压压力与预压时间、挤压速度等因素对电极生坯密度的影响,总结出了这些因素与生坯密度的关系,对提高石墨电极质量起着指导作用。The volume density of the graphite electrode is one of the key property indicators,which influences the fracture and consumption of the electrodes greatly.The way that can crucially increase the density of the electrodes is to increase the volume density of the green electrodes.How to increase the volume density of the green electrodes is very important.In this paper,the influences of the vibration density of the aggregate,formulation,aggregate temperature,cool paste temperature,die temperature,vacuum level,prepressure,squeeze time and extruding speed on the volume density of the green electrodes were studied.Relationship between the factors and the density of the green electrodes is summarized,which can give a reference for increasing the density of the green electrode.
