摘　　要：目的观察PPE软膏局部用药对大鼠颈背部皮肤Ⅱ～Ⅲ度烧伤的治疗作用.方法用PPE软膏涂搽皮肤烧伤创口部位,并以美宝湿润烧伤膏作阳性对照组,设空白对照组(不给予任何药物治疗).1次/2d,连续30d.各组大鼠每天均观察其脱痂和长毛时间以及食量和活动度.分别于11d和31d两次做病理组织切片进行病理检查.结果 PPE组和美宝组软膏局部涂搽后,分别与空白对照组比较,其对大鼠颈背部皮肤Ⅱ～Ⅲ度烧伤的脱痂时间(P<0.05)和长毛时间(P<0.05)均缩短并具有统计学意义;PPE组对大鼠烧伤坏死创面有修复作用.结论 PPE对大鼠颈背部皮肤Ⅱ～Ⅲ度烧伤有明显的治疗作用.Objective To observe the effectiveness of PPE local medicine on the treatment of the neck and back skin burn of rats （Ⅱ～Ⅲ）.Methods PPE salves with different concentration were smeared on the burn locus of the rats once every two days for thirty days.Mei Bao Moisturing salves was taken as a positive control group and a no medicine group was also observed.The time of decrustation and fur-growing,appetite and activity of the rats in each group,were observed everyday.The histopathologal changes were observed on 11 d and 31 d after treatment.Results Compared with no medicine group,the time of the decrustation （P0.05） and the fur-growing （P0.05） of the neck and back skin burn of rats （Ⅱ～Ⅱ）I was shortened in PPE and Mei Bao Moisturing Salve group,and the difference showed a significance.PPE had a repair effect on the neck and back skin burn of rats.Conclusion PPE compound preparation has a noticeable effect in the treatment of the neck and back skin burn of rats （Ⅱ～Ⅲ）.
