云南部分农村群众对电子健康服务的需求调查

摘　　要：目的了解农村居民希望实现的电子健康服务及其影响因素,为推进农村地区的电子健康服务提供科学依据.方法采用非随机方便抽样的方法,运用自编的结构式问卷和个人深入访谈调查988名农村居民,所得资料采用Epidata3.0录入,用SPSS11.5进行分析.结果农村居民关注的与健康有关的3大问题依次通过电话、短信、电脑网络对急病、重病得到及时救助(65.3%);用手机或电脑查看并选择医院和医生(61.1%);建立个人健康档案(病历)并方便调用(47.5%);不同性别在实现的电子健康服务方面愿望方面有所不同;接触电子设备的种类和数量与农村群众选择使用服务的方式有关;多数农村群众希望尽快实现电子健康.结论重点了解农村群众对电子健康服务的需求,提高卫生服务质量,以更好地促进农村群众的健康.Objective To understand electronic health services which rural residents need and influencing factors of these services in order to provide evidence for the promotion of electronic health services in rural areas. Methods With a non-random sampling,988 rural people were surveyed by a constructive questionnaire and indepth interviews.The data were recorded in Epidata 3.0 and analyzed with SPSS. Results The top three health-related concerns of the rural residents included：（1） an emergency and/or serious condition to be treated in time through a phone call,short message,and/or the Internet （65.3%）; （2） information about a hospital and doctor to be searched and chosen through a cell phone or computer （61.1%）; （3） individual health records to be established for future reference （47.5%）.Men＇s expectations were different from women＇s in terms of the realization of electronic health services.Categories and quantities of electronic equipments available to the residents were related with their selected ways to be provided with health services.Most of the residents hoped that the electronic health services would be available as soon as possible.Conclusion Highlights of rural residents＇demands on electronic health services provide an opportunity to improve the quality of health care for better health promotion in rural area.
