超声造影在肝脏局限性病灶中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨实时超声造影对肝脏内局灶性病变的诊断价值.方法对肝脏局灶性病变患者45例79个病灶经外周静脉团注造影剂SonoVue进行法实时超声造影检查,并分析超声造影声像特征.结果不同性质病灶超声造影的增强模式和特征不同.实时超声造影对肝内局限性病灶的定性诊断准确率高于常规超声.结论肝脏超声造影对肝脏局灶性病灶的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要价值.Objective To investigate the value of real-time CEUS （contrast-enhenced ultrasound） in diagnosis of focal liver lesion.Method 45 patients with 79 focal liver lesions were bolused with Sonovue through peripheral veins and examined by real-time CEUS,then the characteristics of CEUS images were analysized. Result The enhenced mode and characteristics of different kinds of lesions were also different.The accuracy rate of qualitative diagnosis of real-time CEUS to focal liver lision was higher than normal ultrasound.Concusion CEUS has a significant value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of focal liver lision.
