摘　　要：目的研究贫血和输血对颅脑损伤患者死亡率和并发症的影响。方法回顾性分析200例颅脑损伤患者的临床资料。结果 200例中贫血患者96例(48.00%),输血患者155例(77.50%),平均输血(1343.39±1106.20)ml,50%的患者输血450～2000ml。颅脑损伤患者中贫血患者比非贫血患者、输血患者比未输血患者,并发症发生率和死亡率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论颅脑损伤患者中贫血和输血者预后相差,颅脑损伤患者应避免大量输血。Objective To evaluate the effect of anemia and transfusion of blood on prognosis and complications in patients with traumatic brain injury（TBI）.Method The clinical data of 200 patients with TBI were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 200 patients with TBI,96（48.00%） patients suffered from anemia and 155（77.50%） patients received transfusion of blood.The average volume of transfused blood was（1343.39±1106.20）ml,and 50%patients received 450～2 000 ml blood in the patients receiveing transfusion of blood.TBI patients with anemia and the patients who received transfusion of blood had more complications and worse outcomes compared to the patiernts without anemia or transfusion of blood（P0.05）.Conclusions Anemia and transfusion of blood are associated with worse prognosis in the patients with TBI.The patients with TBI should avoid the transfusion of a vast amount of blood as possible.
