摘 要:目的探讨乳腺轴位+侧斜位X线摄影病灶定位的可行性。方法选取乳腺常规X线摄影中发现有病灶的病例30例,加照侧位影像,并在乳房表面随机粘贴一颗钢珠作为参照物,以轴位+侧斜位为实验组,轴位+侧位为对照组,轴位+侧斜位标记物为参照实验组,轴位+侧位标记物为参照对照组,分别测量各影像病灶和标记物的方位、距离,通过定位图确定病灶和标记物的方位角度和位置距离。结果实验组与对照组的方位、距离的测量结果分别为49±17(°)、48±17(°)和5.6±1.7(cm)、5.6±1.7(cm);采用两配对t检验,得出t值分别为0.343(P=0.734)及0.397(P=0.694),差异无统计学意义。参照实验组与参照对照组的方位、距离的测量结果分别为51±13(°)、52±13(°)和5.1±1.6(cm)、5.2±1.6(cm),采用两配对t检验,得出t值分别为0.368(P=0.718)及0.392(P=0.702),差异无统计学意义。结论乳腺X线摄影病灶的定位,可采用常规的摄影体位(轴位和侧斜位),通过定位图能较准确确定病灶的位置,无需加照侧位,使辐射防护得到改善。Objective To study the feasibility of breast X-ray photography of axial + skewed bit for the lesion location.Methods Thirty patients with breast lesions confirmed by conventional X-ray photography underwent additional photos lateral images,and paste it in the breast surface of a steel ball as a reference point randomly to axial + skewed bit as experimental group,axial + lateral bit for the control group,axial + skewed bits as a reference marker for the experimental group,axial + lateral markers as a reference control group,all images were measured lesions and markers of the position,distance,through the location map and marking lesions identified object orientation angle and location away from.Results The experimental group and control group orientation,distance measurements were 49 ± 17(°),48 ± 17(°),and 5.6 ± 1.7(cm),5.6 ± 1.7(cm);using two paired t test,obtained t values were 0.343(P =0.734) and 0.397(P =0.694),difference was not statistically significant.Reference to the experimental group and control group,the light of the position,distance measurements were 51 ± 13(°),52 ± 13(°),and 5.1 ± 1.6(cm),5.2 ± 1.6(cm),using two paired t test,obtained t values were 0.368(P =0.718) and 0.392(P =0.702),difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion X-ray photography of breast lesion location,can use conventional photographic posture(axial and skewed-bit) images,through the positioning map can more accurately determine the location of lesions without adding according to lateral,so that radiation protection be improved.
