摘  要:目的:探讨多环芳烃类(Polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons,PAHs)对接触人群血浆中单胺类神经递质的影响。方法:选取80名某钢铁公司焦化厂健康成年男性焦化作业工人作为接触组,80名氧气厂一般情况相近的工人作为对照组。使用高效液相-荧光测定法检测作业环境中苯并芘(Benzo[a]pyrene,B[a]P)浓度、高效液相-荧光测定法检测尿中1-羟基芘(1-hydrox ypyrene,1-OHP)水平、高效液相-电化学检测法测定血浆中去甲肾上腺素(Noradrenaline,NE)、肾上腺素(Adrenaline,AD)、多巴胺(Dopamine,DA)和五羟色胺(Serotonin,5-HT)含量。结果:作业环境中B[a]P浓度接触组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,接触组尿中1-OHP含量、血浆中NE、DA、5-HT含量明显增高(P<0.05),AD含量无明显变化,并且NE、DA、5-HT含量与尿中1-OHP含量存在回归关系(P<0.05)。结论:PAHs可致接触人群中单胺类神经递质升高的改变。Objective:To explore the effect of polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)on plasma monoamine neurotransmitters. Methods:80 healthy adult male coke oven workers were selected from a coke plant of a state-owned steel enterprise,80 controls were selected from the oxygen factory. Concentration of benzo[a]pyrene(B[a])P in the working environment was monitored by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with fluorescence detector. The level of urinary 1-hydroxypyrene(1-OHP)was determ ined by HPLC with fluorescence detector.The plasma noradrenaline(NE),adrenaline(AD),dopamine(DA)and serotonin(5-HT)levels were measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with electrochemical detection. Results:In the working environment of B[a]P, concentration in coke oven workers were significantly higher than controls (P0.05).The urinary 1-OHP concentrations in coke oven workers were significantly higher than controls (P〈0.05).The plasma NE,DA,5-HT levels in coke oven workers were significantly higher than controls(P〈0.05),the plasma A level have no significant difference,and results of correlation analysis showed that positive correlation between the plasma NE,DA,5-HT levels and the urinary 1-OHP concentrations. Conclusion:PAHs may cause an increase of plasma monoamine neurotransmitters in exposed population group.
