摘　　要：结合中国数字科技馆一期工程建设的实践,提出了关于互联网科普的界定、互联网科普的特性与特点、互联网科普的进展和目前存在的一些共性的问题,提出在互联网科普的建设中应该参照国家有关出版法律法规加强质量控制,注意加强原创性和信息更新,加强著作权保护意识,加强技术创新等观点。Combined with the practice of the construction of China Digital Science and Technology Museum, this paper discusses the definition of science popularization on the internet as well as its features, characteristics, progress and some common issues, and then suggests that the construction of science popularization on the internet should strengthen the quality control, originality, information update, the awareness of copyright protection, technological innovation and so on.
