摘  要:在南水北调中线干线工程及调度运行管理基本情况的基础上,重点研究了南水北调中线干线自动化调度系统总体框架设计思路、系统总体需求,分析了5-程调度管理特点及业务流程,阐述了由应用系统、应用支撑平台、基础设施、组织管理、技术保障等5部分组成的系统总体框架。Through description about the mid-route project of the south-to-north water diversion project and their basic operation and management situation, this article presents a focus study on design ideas for general framework and general system demands of automatic dispatching system for the mid-route project. The article then makes an analysis on features of dispatching management and business process of the project, expounds the system general framework which consists of five parts: application system, application support platform, infrastructure, organization management and technology safeguard.
