摘　　要：介绍一种用于大直径深孔的加工设备,对其组成、工作原理、运动方式进行分析,在建立三维实体模型的基础上,利用ADAMS软件对机构进行运动学和动力学仿真,得到了关键部位的分析数据。试验结果表明,该装备能够实现在管件内的行走和进行切削加工,满足设计要求。This article describes a kind of equipment which is used for large-diameter hole processing,and analyzes the composition,working principle and movement pattern of that.With the establishment of three-dimensional solid model,does the dynamics and kinematics simulation to it＇s mechanism through ADAMS software,and gets the analyzing data of key parts.The results show that the equipment can carry on the walking and cutting process in the pipes,thus meet the needs of design.
