摘 要:研究了熟料的各个率值对阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥生料易烧性的影响,得出易烧性较好的率值控制范围。试验结果表明,在石灰饱和比KH=0.94~0.96、铝率IM〉3.09、硫铝比Pm=0.65-0.75的率值范围内熟料中fCaO含量少,生料易烧性较好.虽然fCaO含量在硅率5M=2.02时出现极小值,但生料易烧性受SM的影响不明显,所以SM值可以在适当大的范围内波动。XRD分析显示熟料的最佳煅烧温度为1350℃。The effects of individual clinker modulus on the burnability of alite-sulphoaluminate cement raw meal were studied and then find out the proper scope of modulus for better burnability. The resuhs showed that the fCaO content in clinker would be lower and the burnability of raw meal would be better if KH=0.94-0.96, IM〉3.09 and Pm =0.65 -0.75. Although, if SM=2.02, the fCaO eontent could be minimized, SM had little effect on the burnability of raw meal, therefore SM seleetion could be more flexible. The result of XRD analysis showed that the best calcination temperature could be 1350℃.
