电针夹脊穴配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹  

Analgesic Effect of Electroacupuncture at Jiaji Combined with Pyonex and Ventouse for Patients with Herpes Zoster

摘　　要：目的:观察电针夹脊穴配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:80例带状疱疹患者随机分为A、B2组各40例,均采用电针夹脊穴治疗,A组加用患处刺络拔罐治疗。结果:治疗10d后,A组平均止痛和结痂时间均较B组短(P<0.01);临床疗效比较,A组痊愈率及总有效率均明显高于B组(52.5%、97.5%与27.5%、87.5%,P<0.01)。结论:电针夹脊穴配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹可明显缩短治疗时间,提高疗效。Objective：To explore the clinical effectiveness of electroacupuncture（EA）at Jiaji combined with pyonex and ventouse for patients with herpes zoster.Methods：Eighty cases of herpes zoster were divided randomly into a treatment group（group A）and a control group（group B）with random number table,40 cases in each group.The patients in group A were treated with EA at Jiaji combined with pyonex and ventouse（once a day,a total of 10 times）,and those in group B were treated with EA at Jiaji（once a day,a total of 10 times）.After treatment,the time of scab and the time of analgesic effect were recorded.Results：There were significant differences in the time of scab and analgesic effect between the two groups（P0.01）.The curative rate and total effective rate in group A were significantly higher than in group B（52.5%,97/5% vs 27.5%,87.5%,P0.01）.Conclusion：EA at Jiaji combined with pyonex and ventouse is a convenient and highly effective therapy for herpes zoster,and this method can significantly shorten the treatment duration and effectively improve the curative effectiveness.
