加强农业知识产权保护 激励自主创新——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：文章阐述了"十五"以来江苏省农业科学院在知识产权保护工作中完善运行机制、建立健全管理制度所取得的突出成效,指出了在知识产权保护管理工作中出现的问题,提出了加强知识产权保护法律宣传与教育、加大知识产权管理力度、构建激励机制、预防知识产权流失、创新知识产权成果转化等建议。Prominent progress on improving operation mechanism,constructing and perfecting administration system on intellectual property protection in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences since ＂Tenth-Five＂ years was described in the paper.Problems in administration work on intellectual property protection were pointed out as well.Suggestions were put forward at the end,i.e.,enhancing legal propaganda and education of intellectual property protection,strengthening administration of intellectual property,constructing incentive mechanism,preventing drain of intellectual property,and innovating transformation of intellectual property achievements.
