摘　　要：方法在注蒸汽热采稠油中，往油层中添加相应的化学剂，对油藏进行处理。目的解决稠油热采遇到的各种矛盾和困难，提高稠油热采效益和采收率。结果该技术在以下几方面已获得好效果：改善油层吸汽剖面；提高驱油效率；抑制底水和边水入侵；改善稠油流动性能；保持和提高油层渗流能力；防止油层出砂。结论添加化学剂技术已成为提高注蒸汽热采效益和采收率的重要措施之一，并已形成系列技术。Method\ Treat reservoir with suitable chemical additives in heavy oil production with steam drive. Purpose\ To improve thermal production benefits and recovery of heavy oil by solving various contradictions and difficulties that are commonly encountered. Result\ Good results have been achieved in the following terms: improve formation steam absorbing profile and flow property of heavy oil; increase displacement efficiency; inhibit bottom/edge water invasion and sand producing; maintain and improve formation percolation property. Conclusion\ Chemicals adding serial technique has already become an important and proven measure for improving benefits and recovery of steam drive and is coming to mature continuously.\;
