摘　　要：养老保险制度作为社会保障制度的重要组成部分,关系到一个国家的长治久安和繁荣稳定。本文分析了日本年金制度"一元化"改革的背景,阐述了改革的具体计划和实施过程,对改革中国目前养老保险制度中存在的问题有一定的借鉴意义。As an important part of social security system,old-age insurance system matters a country＇s long peace,prosperity and stability. This paper analyzes the background of the ＂unification＂ reform of Japanese pension system,and sets out concrete plans and implementation process ,which could be considered as a reference to the reform of problems existed in China＇s current pension system.
