摘  要:目的探讨超声波提取维药老鼠瓜籽油的最佳工艺。方法采用正交设计法,选取老鼠瓜籽油的提取率为考察指标,对超声时间、料液比(老鼠瓜籽质量与石油醚体积之比)、超声温度及超声功率4个因素选用L9(34)正交进行考察。结果确定最佳工艺的条件为超声时间30 min,料液比1∶5,超声温度45℃,超声功率200 w。结论该提取工艺简单、合理、可行,可为研究维药老鼠瓜籽油的提取工艺提供基础。Objective To study the ultrasonic extraction of Capparis spinosa.L seed oil(Uygur′s medicine).Methods The orthogonal design was used to select the seed oil extraction rate for the inspection target.Four factors were studied in this experiment,including the ultrasonic time,the ratio of material to liquid(ratio of the weight of Capparis spinosa L seed to the volume of petroleum ether),ultrasonic temperature,and ultrasonic power.Results The best condition was 1∶5 of the ratio of material to liquid and the operation is under 200 w of ultrasonic power for 40 minutes and 45℃.Conclusion The extraction method is appropriate,simple,feasible and it provides the foundation of studying the Capparis spinosa L seed oil.
